Weekly Photo Challenge: Evanescence

This week’s challenge is about fleeting things. Cherry tomatoes fresh from the garden, a taste available only during a short time each summer. And then there’s that little caterpillar at the bottom that probably didn’t make it to whatever it was supposed to metamorphose into.

Weekly Photo Challenge: Heritage 2

America’s oldest National Park, Yellowstone, with my father at the world’s premier predictable geyser, Old Faithful.

America’s heritage and mine.

Weekly Photo Challenge: Reflections

Sometimes I know I have used a photo before, but it was so long ago, maybe it doesn’t matter.

This is a window in New Orleans, I just like all the many different layers of what’s going on here. Creepy stuff in the window, me reflected taking the picture and some bald guy across the street also reflected with a motorcycle .  And the red thing looking like a streak of fire? A red car passing through.
