Here we have the layers of cloud and rain as seen from Petit Jean Mountain in the state park of the same name in Arkansas. It was late spring and we just watched as the weather slowly rolled south.
When you look at the long view in the Big Bend area, you are confronted by many layers. Whether geologic or historic, there are many layers to the area.
