Seems like some days the cats are always under foot. This is Critter, who I lost a couple of months ago. Wish I could have him underfoot and healthy again.

This is a leaf on my Kaffir lime tree, the yellow dots are the oil glands in the leaf that produce the flavor the leaf is valued for.
When you are using a macro lens and getting very close to very small things, you have very shallow depth of field. (That’s the part of the picture that is in focus.)
This is Blue-eyed Grass, a spring wildflower that is in the Iris family.
It was also one of my mother’s favorite flowers.
